I always hear these fables of people finding designer looks at places like TJ Maxx. Be honest, have any of you guys really found designer pieces there? I’m not saying those people are lying, but I know in my neck of the woods, I don’t expect to find Chanel sunnies for $50 at Marshalls.
HOWEVER that being said, I have had luck finding “knock offs” of designer brands at some of my favorite stores as well as budget items to mix and match to piece together a great outfit.
This was my latest find from Akira Chicago, TJ Maxx, H&M, and Target. The shoes are obviously a knock off of the Valentino Rockstud pump. I took the hard studded embellishments and paired it with a soft floral top I found from TJ’s for $9.99. Then mix and match with white denim – shorts for a more casual look and jeans for a dressier look.
