If the mood strikes you or, as Bey preaches, if you’re “feelin’ yourself” there’s nothing wrong with that! Don’t let anyone shame you into feeling “too old”, or “too fat”, or “too extra”, or “too (fill in the blank)” to do ANYTHING. Just do you, as long as it’s the best most AUTHENTIC version of you.
