When the Struggle of Swimsuit Shopping is Real

When I first found out I was pregs, I thought “Summer pregnancy style should be easy…maxi dresses, bodycons, no need to search for a one-and-done winter coat to fit the bump…” I obvi wasn’t thinking about the struggle of swimwear! Given that we live that “Lake Life” in the summer, I had to find some affordable, easy options. Amazon has been a go-to for me in recent weeks! I found this fun, 4th of July-esque maternity swim suit and it worked great. 
Being preggers in the summer has its pros and cons. Pros so far for me: being able to wear shift dresses and maxi dresses without spanx or always “sucking in” 😂 Cons: sweating. Lots of sweating and feeling hot all the time.
